Dhaulagiri Round Trek

Next to the Annpurna range in the mid-west with different panorama of giant Dhaulagiri, far remote mixed and wild, cultural experience, great nature, high adventure journey, unspoilt wild life and vegetation and adventurous photographic destination.
Accessibility
Fly or drive to Pokhara, By air 30 minute and overland 7 hr. drive, transfer to trailhead, after the trek fly back from jomsom to Pokhara.
The Route
Max. Altitude 5360 m. French pass and 5250 Thapa pass, both moderate and strenuous trail, average 5-6 hr. walk per day, and we'll get an early start to cross the passes. It's a longer walk on those days.
Best Season
Sept. to Nov. and march to May.
Facility
No teahouses, only camping, porters are necessary in order to carry all gear and food.
Extra Days
2 day extra in case illness or for acclimatization or rest for porters and staff.
Day- 01: Drive to Beni to trailhead from Pokhara, 5hr.by bus,start the trek and over night camp at Babiochaur.
Day- 02: Babiochaur to Darbang (camp at school Chaur).
Day- 03: Darbang to Phalai Gaun.
Day- 04: Phalai Gaun to Jugepani (camp near by river bank).
Day- 05: Jugepani to Baghar (lunch time stay at same place).
Day- 06: Baghar to Dobang.
Day- 07: Dobang to Pakhaban (camp before Sallaghari).
Day- 08: Pakhaban to Italian Camp.
Day- 09: Italian Camp to Japanese Camp.
Day- 10: Japanese Camp to Dhaulagiri Base Camp.
Day- 11: Dhaulagiri Base Camp to Hidden valley (French Pass 5360m.)
Day- 12: Hidden Valley to Yak Kharka (Thapa Pass 5290m.).
Day- 13: Yak Kharka to Marpha (Teahouse stay).
Day- 14: Marpha to Jomsom (Teahouse stay).
Day- 15: Early morning transfer to airport and fly back to Pokhara and fly back to Kathmandu.
